The Inn by Mallard Cottage consists of two guest houses containing 8 King Suites. All of our 435 square foot rooms are appointed with one king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. Cots and cribs are available upon request.

Your Stay Includes:
• A breakfast tray is served between 8:30 am and 9:00 am each day of your stay (including the day of your checkout). You may request an earlier or later delivery. Included on this tray is a pot of freshly brewed coffee, fresh orange juice, fresh baked goods, fresh fruit, as well as jam and butter. This tray is included in the room price.
• Our rooms are equipped with mini-fridges and stocked with an assortment of beverages.

Additional Information:
• The Inn by Mallard Cottage does not offer 24/7 service. Our reception desk is open during regular business hours, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. However, someone from our Inn or restaurant team can be reached outside of these hours if you require assistance.
• If you plan to check in outside of business hours, please inform us of your estimated time of arrival so we can coordinate accordingly. In the event of a late check-in, we will leave the keys to the front door and your room in a lockbox outside the front door of our reception area.
• For check-outs outside of business hours, please leave your key either in your suite or on the reception desk. We will process your balance of payment online and send the receipt via email, as we require credit card information and an email address to make your reservation.
• We will remove any garbage and used towels from your suite and provide clean replacement towels daily. Additional towels can be requested if necessary.
• Bed sheets will be replaced with clean sheets every 3 days unless otherwise requested.
• Please leave your breakfast tray and dishes outside your door when finished, and we will pick them up before 4:30 pm each day.
• Our parking is limited, but we offer a 2-car driveway directly in front of our yellow reception building and a driveway to the left of our blue building that fits 2 vehicles back-to-back. Feel free to park in either of these spots.
